Aquests dies deveu haver seguit la notícia d'un judici per violació en què un jutge ha fet (o ha intentat fer) declarar unes nenes davant del seu pressumpte agressor (aquí podeu llegir la notícia al diari Avui i aquí a El Punt). Amb aquest motiu, avui mateix (dijous 19 de maig), he presentat al registre del Senat aquesta pregunta que formularé oralment (més ampliament i amb demandes concretes de reforma de la Llei d'Enjudiciament Criminal) al ministre de Justícia, Juan Fernando López Aguilar, en el Ple de control del govern de dimecres vinent, 25 de maig:

¿Quines mesures preveu adoptar el Govern per protegir les víctimes menors i garantir els seus drets i, alhora, els de la defensa dels acusats en els processos judicials?
