Moció perquè la Societat Estatal de "Correos" usi la denominació Correus a Catalunya

Moció presentada per l'Entesa a iniciativa meva a la Comissió de Cultura

EXPOSICIÓ DE MOTIUS

Els canvis operats recentment a la imatge corporativa i en la denominació de la Societat Estatal “Correos y Telegrafos, S.A.” ha comportat la utilització del terme “Correos” com a marca en tot el territori estatal.

El criteri escollit es que la marca “Correos” aparegui exclusivament es castellà, també a les Comunitats Autònomes que disposen de llengües oficials pròpies. No obstant, la denominació anterior “Correos y Telegrafos” podia figurar indistintament tant en castellà com en les demés llengües oficials de les Comunitats Autònomes.

El Govern sortint, va justificar aquesta decisió sota el pretext de crear una marca coneguda. Res no impedeix tal coneixement, - més aviat al contrari – que la marca “Correos” pugui ser llegida indistintament en les diverses llengües oficials espanyoles.

En nom del més elemental respecte al principi del pluralisme lingüístic de l’estat, és necessari que tant la marca com els serveis que oferta la “Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos” es difonguin en les diverses llengües oficials de les Comunitats Autònomes.

És per tot això que, el Grup Parlamentari Entesa Catalana de Progrés presenta la següent
MOCIÓ

El Senat insta al Govern a promoure la modificació per part de la “Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S.A.” de la utilizació del terme “Correos” com a marca per tal que s’adeqüi a les llengües oficials de les Comunitats Autònomes que les tinguin reconegudes.
