Aquesta setmana s’han fet públiques les primeres iniciatives parlamentàries dels diputats d’ERC, el contingut de les quals també defensarem al Senat els senadors d’ERC, al marge de les iniciatives que tirem endavant dins de l’Entesa Catalana de Progrés o individualment.

Són proposicions no de llei que s’han presentat perquè siguin debatudes i sotmeses a l’aprovació del Ple del Congrés amb aquestes finalitats:

8. Derogació de diferents mesures legislatives (per exemple sobre horaris comercials o la Llei d’Estabilitat Pressupostària).
9. Derogació del Pla Hidrológic Nacional.
10. Aturada de les obres del transvassament Xúquer-Vinalopó.

11. Millora de les comunicacions aèries amb les illes Balears.
12. Traspàs de les competències en immigració.
13. Increment de les pensions de viudetat.
14. Regulació del dret a l'avortament.
15. Regulació del dret a l'eutanàsia.
16. Millores tributàries a les famílies.
17. Ampliació del permís de maternitat/paternitat.
18. Establiment d'un permís de paternitat independent del de maternitat.
19. Increment del permís per naixement d'un fill/a.
20. Establiment d'una prestació per dependencia.
